These incredibly strong and durable panels manufactured by Superior Walls of NC are made up of 2.5-inch 5000psi steel reinforced concrete, 2.5-inches of DOW extruded polystyrene insulation, and galvanized steel studs. All together providing you with a sturdy 10-inch thick wall. The average weight of just one 10' x 10' panel is over 3700lbs. You can actually feel and hear the difference of being inside such a heavy, solid, and well insulated structure. These walls are so well built that they come with a LIFETIME warranty. Other materials just cannot compete with our concrete construction.
To complement our steel reinforced concrete walls, we use heavy duty commercial 2.0mm aluminum profile, double tempered, argon filled, low-E, tinted glass for all 25 custom windows.
